摘要
基于十二经脉气血循环往复的流注规律,皮、脉、肉、筋、骨的层次分布及体表循行路线,探讨经络理论对疾病的时间传变与空间辨证规律所具有的特殊指导作用;从十二经脉内属脏腑及引药归经的内涵,探讨经络系统对临床诊疗用药的指导意义,并对经络理论的中医临床应用进行探讨,有助于更好地理解其对人体生理、病理的作用,以及经络理论对中医临床的指导意义。
Based on the law of circulation of qi and blood in the twelve meridians,the layered distribution of skin,pulse,flesh,tendon,bone and the route of body surface circulation,this paper discusses the special guiding role of meridians and collaterals theory in the time transmission and spatial differentiation of diseases,and discusses the guiding significance of meridian system for clinical diagnosis and treatment from the connotation of twelve meridians internally pertaining and connecting to zang-fu organs and the connotation of guiding herbs to meridian tropism,and the clinical significance of meridian system in clinical diagnosis and treatment,and discusses the application of meridian theory to clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine,which is helpful to better understand its function on human physiology and pathology,and the guiding significance of meridian theory in clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine as well.
