摘要
通用航空的发展已经成为我国经济发展的重要战略,具有较好的发展前景。为了整体把握全国各区域通用航空的发展竞争力,提出一种改进的钻石理论——AHP模型。模型提取了影响通用航空发展竞争力的指标因素,并用具体数据与人为经验结合的方式得出通用航空各区域发展竞争力排名。模型通过大半定量分析及小部分定性分析的方式,优化了AHP模型中人为主观影响较大的缺点,得出的通航各区域发展竞争力排名比较符合实际。根据得到的发展竞争力权重及排名,对通用航空排名靠前区域的优势和排名靠后区域的不足进行了分析,根据分析结果对通用航空发展竞争力较差的区域提出个人相关建议。
The development of general aviation has become an important part of Chinese economic development,has become a national strategy,but also has a better prospect for development.In order to grasp the development competitiveness of general aviation in different regions of China,an improved Diamond Theory AHP model is proposed in this paper.The mod elextracts the index factors that affect the development competitiveness of general aviation,and the regional development competitiveness ranking of general aviation is obtained by combining specific data and human experience.By means of a large part of quantitative analysis and a small part of qualitative analysis,this model optimizes the short comings of the AHP model which are greatly influenced by human subjective factors,and the development competitiveness ranking of the regional of general aviation is more in line with the reality.Then,according to the development competitiveness weight and ranking,this paper analyzes the advantages of the regions in the top and the disadvantages of the regions at the bottom of the general aviation ranking.Finally,based on the analysis results,puts forward some personal suggestions to the regions with poor competitiveness in the development of general aviation.
