摘要 目的:观察PDCA循环临床教学法在医院教学质量管理中的应用效果。方法:选取96名临床护理实习生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各48名。对照组行传统临床教学法,研究组采取PDCA循环临床教学法,比较两组临床教学管理优良率、实习生考核成绩和临床教学满意度。结果:研究组临床教学管理优良率为95.83%(46/48),明显高于对照组的79.17%(38/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组理论考核成绩和实践操作考核成绩均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床教学满意度为100.00%(48/48),明显高于对照组的83.33%(40/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环临床教学法应用于医院教学质量管理中,可提高临床教学管理优良率以及护理实习生的理论考核成绩、实践操作考核成绩和临床教学满意度,其效果优于传统临床教学法。 Objective:To explore application effects of PDCA circulation method on hospital teaching quality management.Methods:96 clinical nursing interns were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,48 in each.The control group adopted traditional clinical teaching method,while the study group adopted PDCA circulation method.The clinical teaching management excellence rate,intern assessment results and clinical teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical teaching management excellent and good rate in the study group was 95.83%(46/48),which was significantly higher than the control group of 79.17%(38/48),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical assessment scores and practical operation assessment scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical teaching satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%(48/48),which was significantly higher than 83.33%(40/48)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The PDCA circulation clinical teaching method for the hospital teaching quality management can improve the excellent and good rate of clinical teaching management,the theoretical assessment results of the nursing interns,the practical operation assessment results and the satisfaction of clinical teaching.Moreover,it is superior to traditional clinical teaching method.
