摘要
迈克尔逊干涉实验中,需对数量众多的干涉环纹进行计数,人工测量时容易出现错数的情况。考虑到明暗条纹的色差很大,可利用色差的变化区别明暗条纹。本文设计了基于TCS3200D色度传感器的检测方法,TCS3200D将明暗条纹转成频差很大的频率信号,测试系统检测一定时域内信号频率的变化,即可自动计数明暗条纹。该方法设计简单、响应快速、计数准确。在大学物理实验中具有一定的实用性。
In Michelson-Morley interfered experiment,it is necessary to count a large number of interference rings,and it is easy to have wrong number in manual measurement.As the color difference of bright and dark stripes is very big,the change of color difference can be used to distinguish the bright and the dark ones.A detection method based on TCS3200D chromaticity sensor is designed.TCS3200D converts bright and dark stripes into a frequency signal with a large frequency difference,and the test system detects the change of signal frequency in a certain time domain to count bright and dark stripes automatically.The method is simple in design,fast in response and accurate in counting.It is practical in university physics experiment.
