摘要
对非煤矿山的生产来说,企业的安全生产至关重要。非煤矿山的生产条件非常复杂,在生产过程中一旦不重视安全生产管理,就会酿成十分严重的安全事故,从而造成人员的伤亡以及财产损失,所以,非煤矿山要实现长久稳定的发展,就必须加强非煤矿山的安全生产管理,强化作业人员的安全意识。基于此,本文将针对我国非煤矿安全培训教育工作中存在的问题及解决对策展开探讨。
For the production of non coal mines,the safety production of enterprises is very important.The production conditions of non coal mines are very complex.Once the safety production management is not paid attention to in the production process,it will lead to very serious safety accidents,resulting in casualties and property losses.Therefore,in order to achieve long-term and stable development of non coal mines,it is necessary to strengthen the safety production management of non coal mines and strengthen the safety awareness of operators.Based on this,this paper will focus on the existing problems and Countermeasures of non coal mine safety training and education in China.
