摘要
装配式建筑的生产、运输和装配等多维空间作业,呈现不安全行为风险叠加效应。以装配式建筑施工安全事故成因分析为基础,针对装配式建筑不安全行为,运用行为安全"2-4"模型逆向分析影响施工安全的主因并构建致因链。结果表明:装配式建筑不安全行为是由于员工相关安全知识、意识和习惯欠缺,以及企业安全管理体系不健全、安全文化缺失导致,进而从直接、间接、根本和根源原因等四个方面提出相应措施,为预防装配式建筑不安全行为提供参考和借鉴。
The production,transportation,assembly and other multi-dimensional space operations of prefabricated buildings show the superposition effect of unsafe behavior risks.Based on the analysis of the causes of safety accidents in prefabricated building construction,aiming at the unsafe behaviors of prefabricated building,the"2-4"model of behavioral safety is used to reverse analyze the main factors affecting the construction safety and build the causal chain.The results show that the unsafe behavior of prefabricated construction are caused by the lack of safety knowledge,consciousness and habits of employees,and the imperfect safety management system and the lack of safety culture of enterprises.Then it puts forward corresponding measures from four aspects of direct,indirect,fundamental and root causes to provide reference for preventing unsafe behaviors of prefabricated buildings.
