摘要
实习教学是高校人才培养必不可少的环节,优化与创新实习教学体系有利于提高实习的成效。遵循研究性学习的理念,对广州大学原有的"国土与房地产"实习进行改革创新,应用研究性学习方法,对实习内容、实习任务、实习路线、实习考核、实习组织等各环节进行多层次、多维度与多方向的设计,完成了基于研究性学习指导下的实习新体系构建。以"不同尺度下的国土空间利用方式与质量差异对比"为实习主线,以CBD土地开发与利用、旧城改造认识、近郊农村建设、古镇资源开发和特色小镇等为实习内容,以长三角为实习区域,设计了涵盖实习准备、实施与总结的三阶段评价体系等完整的实习新框架。遵循新体系组织开展了新一轮的"国土与房地产"实习活动,实现了研究性与实践性相结合的实习教学,改革后实施的实习活动取得满意的效果。
The fieldwork teaching is an important and necessary part in the university personnel training’s system.It is very useful to optimize and innovate the fieldwork teaching system that will improve the effectiveness of fieldwork.Following the idea of research-based learning,the project takes a reform and innovation of the "land and real estate" fieldwork in Guanzhou University.By using the research-based learning method,all of the fieldwork works,including the content,the task,the route,the examination and the organization,are designed in a multi-level,multi-dimension and multi-direction way.The main line of fieldwork is the comparison of land use modes and quality differences between different scales.The contents of the fieldwork are CBD land development and utilization,old cities transformation,rural construction,ancient town resources development,and the characteristic towns,and so on.The Yangtze River Delta is the new area for fieldwork.Furthermore,the evaluation system covers the three stages of fieldwork preparation,implementation and summarization.The new fieldwork system under the guidance of research-based learning is constructed and the new "land and real estate" fieldwork have been organized.The fieldwork teaching combined with research and practice have been realized,and the new fieldwork activities have achieved satisfactory results.
