摘要 城市中心区域的超高层建筑,由于施工条件受限于场地狭小,周边建筑物和构筑物对基坑的质量也有较大影响,因此深基坑施工是整个项目的重难点,也是影响工期的关键。该文以成都某建设项目为例,论述BIM技术在基坑支护结构施工、基坑土方开挖等深基坑施工中的运用,通过BIM深化设计,解决了深基坑精细化施工的难题,保障了施工质量,取得了良好的经济效益,值得推广运用。 For the super high-rise buildings located in the center of a city,the construction is limited by the narrow site,and the surrounding buildings and structures also affect the quality of foundation pit.The construction of deep foundation pit thus is not only the key of the whole project,but also the key to affect the construction period.Based on a construction project in Chengdu,this paper expounded the application of BIM Technology in deep foundation pit in the construction of the support structure and the excavation of foundation pit.Through the BIM in-depth design,the problem of fine construction of deep foundation pit is solved.
