摘要
本文通过维修一辆2018年迈腾B8L,遥控器打开车门进入车内,一键启动按钮(E378)背景灯点亮,按下后E378后方向盘解锁,故障指示灯常亮;散热风扇高速运转,发动机无法起动的维修实际案例,对发动机控制单元(J623)的供电、搭铁点等进行检查结合车辆维修使用状况,分析故障产生的原因并确定故障点。静电焊接J623搭铁点及搭铁点(G671)的重新固定,完成机修类故障排除;查阅车辆维修手册,使用故障诊断仪X-431Pro3S+读取故障码及数据流,分析节气门控制单元(J338)电路控制原理并利用KT720、数字万用表进行检测,完成电器类故障维修。详细阐述迈腾B8L机电类故障诊断和维修流程。
In this paper,through the maintenance of a 2018 Magotan B8L remote control,open the door to enter the car,the one-start button(e378)back light is on,after pressing e378,the steering wheel is unlocked,and the fault indicator light is always on;the cooling fan runs at high speed,and the engine cannot be started.The power supply and grounding points of the engine control unit(j623)are inspected in combination with vehicle condition.Use the condition to analyze the cause of the fault and determine the fault point.Fix the electrostatic welding grounding point(j623)and grounding point(g671),complete the troubleshooting;refer to the vehicle maintenance manual,read the fault code and data flow with the fault diagnosis instrument x-431pro3s+,analyze the circuit control principle of throttle control unit(j338),and use kt720 and digital multi-meter to test and complete the electrical fault repair.The maintenance process of electronic issue of Magontan B8L is described in detail.
