摘要
目前国内PSA变压吸附系统均存在一些问题,如氢气纯度控制过高、吸附压力变化大、吸附时间较短或冲洗工艺等原因造成氢气损耗过大,体系过于复杂难以通过实验方法进行优化操作等问题。因此本项目主要针对上述问题,借助Aspen Adsorption软件通过利用计算机模拟的方法来实现PSA变压吸附的操作优化。旨在提高氢气产品回收率,增加经济效益,提高市场竞争力。
At present,there are some problems in PSA system in China,such as too high control of hydrogen purity,great variation of adsorption pressure,short adsorption time or flushing process,etc.,the system is too complex to be optimized by experimental methods and other problems.In this project,Aspen adadsorption software is used to realize the operation optimization of PSA PSA by means of computer simulation.The aim is to improve the recovery rate of hydrogen products,increase economic benefits and improve market competitiveness.
