摘要
灵芝含有多糖、萜类、核苷酸等成分,其中多糖类成分含量较高,具有广泛的药理活性。灵芝多糖具有降血糖、抗癌、抗氧化等多种活性。本文对灵芝多糖的提取技术进行了综述,为灵芝的进一步开发利提供依据。
Ganoderma lucidum is rich in a variety of chemical ingredients,including polysaccharides,terpenes,nucleotides,etc.Among these ingredients,the content of polysaccharides is higher,which has widely pharmacological activity.This paper reviewed polysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum which provided the basis for better development and utilization of Ganoderma lucidum.
