摘要 目的:探讨3D打印导板技术辅助经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的可行性、安全性及疗效。方法:2016年3月-2017年6月收治腰椎间盘突出症患者140例,按不同治疗方法分为两组,各70例。对照组实施单纯腰椎经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除术;试验组实施3D打印技术辅助腰椎经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除术。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组穿刺次数、穿刺时间、透视次数及并发发生率均低于对照组,且术后1年腰椎神经功能评分(JOA)高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:借助3D打印技术对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除术治疗,可提高1次穿刺成功率,降低射线辐射损害及相关并发症发生率,促进腰椎神经功能恢复。 Objective:To discuss the feasibility,safety and curative effect of 3D printing guide plate technique in lumbar percutaneous foraminal endoscopic nucleus pulposus excision in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:From March 2016 to June 2017,140 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lumbar percutaneous foraminal endoscopic nucleus pulposus excision alone.The experimental group was treated with 3D printing technique in lumbar percutaneous foraminal endoscopic nucleus pulposus excision.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The puncture times,puncture time,fluoroscopy times and the incidence rate of complication in the experimental group were lower than in the control group,one year after operation,the lumbar nerve function score(JOA)was higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using 3D printing technique to treat lumbar disc herniation patients with percutaneous foraminal endoscopic nucleus pulposus excision can improve the success rate of 1 puncture,it can reduce the incidence rate of radiation damage and related complications,promote the recovery of lumbar nerve function.
