摘要
用不同比例(10%、20%、30%、40%)的紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)代替棉籽壳熟料栽培糙皮侧耳(Pleurotus ostreatus),研究紫花苜蓿对糙皮侧耳生长状况和子实体营养成分的影响。结果表明:在实验范围内,紫花苜蓿用量为20%、30%时,糙皮侧耳菌丝生长旺盛、生物学效率显著提高,菇蕾多、菇体大、菌盖厚,且子实体中硒的含量显著高于对照。
Different weight proportions(10%,20%,30%,40%)of alfalfa(Medicago sativa)were used in replacement of cottonseed hull to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus.Growth and nutrient composition of P.ostreatus in different treatment groups were then measured.The results showed that,within the tested range,incorporation of 20%and 30%alfalfa resulted in more vigorous mycelial growth,higher biological efficiency,greater number of mushroom buds,bigger fruiting body size and thicker pileus,and higher fruiting body selenium content than the control.
