La添加对Zr50.7Al12.3Cu28Ni9大块金属玻璃热力学及力学性能的影响

摘要 采用X射线衍射仪、差热分析仪和万能试验机等仪器,对直径为?3 mm的Zr-Al-Cu-Ni-La大块金属玻璃进行微观组织、热力学和力学性能的研究。结果表明,Zr50.7Al12.3Cu28Ni9合金是由非晶相所组成;Zr50.3Al12.3Cu28Ni9La0.4和Zr50Al12.3Cu28Ni9La0.7合金主要由非晶相和少量的Zr2Cu相所组成。含有La元素合金的约化玻璃转变温度Trg值和参数γ值分别小于不含La元素合金的Trg值和γ值,另外,ΔTx、Trg和γ值与目前含La合金玻璃形成能力具有较好的关系。在热重曲线(TG)的第Ⅱ阶段,温度范围从Tg到结晶完成温度(Tf),质量增加率的曲线为非线性。Zr50.3Al12.3Cu28Ni9La0.4和Zr50Al12.3Cu28Ni9La0.7合金在压缩过程中发生脆性断裂,且断裂强度分别为1231、1062 MPa。 The microstructure,thermodynamics and mechanical properties of Zr-Al-Cu-Ni-La bulk metallic glasses with the diameter of ?3 mm were studied by X-ray diffractometer,differential thermal analyzer and universal testing machine.The results show that Zr50.7Al12.3Cu28Ni9alloy is composed of amorphous phase.Zr50.3Al12.3Cu28Ni9La0.4and Zr50Al12.3Cu28Ni9La0.7alloys are mainly composed of amorphous phase and a small amount of Zr2Cu phase.In addition,theΔTx,Trgandγvalues have a good relationship with the glass forming ability of La-containing alloys.In the second stage of thermogravimetric curves (TG),the temperature range is from Tgto Tf,and the curves of mass increase rate are nonlinear.The fracture strength of Zr50.3Al12.3Cu28Ni9La0.4and Zr50Al12.3Cu28Ni9La0.7alloys show brittle fractrue druing the compression,and the fracture strength is1231 MPa and 1062 MPa,respectively.
