摘要
研究了在含P耐候钢冷轧连续生产过程中激光焊接工艺对焊缝组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,冷轧前对钢板激光焊缝进行焊后加热处理,可以减少焊缝中针状铁素体、马氏体或贝氏体等脆性组织的含量,减少P元素在晶界上的偏析,从而降低焊缝与母材之间力学性能的差别,提高了焊缝抵抗冷轧轧制过程开裂的风险。在工业产线上进行耐候钢的批量冷轧轧制,激光焊接后采用10 kW功率进行后加热处理,未出现断带问题,大压下量轧制后焊缝质量良好。
The influences of laser welding process on weld microstructure and mechanical properties of P-bearing weathering steel during continuous cold rolling production were studied. The results show that the application of proper post-weld heat treatment for laser welding before cold rolling seam could decrease the proportion of brittle microstructures such as acicular ferrite, martensite or bainite, and the segregation of phosphorus on grain boundaries. Therefore, the differences of mechanical properties between the weld seam and the base material can be reduced, and the split risk of weld seam during cold rolling is decreased. Mass cold rolling of weathering steel was carried out on industry line, 10 kW post-weld heat treatment was used after laser welding, split of weld seam didn’t appear and the weld seam after cold rolling with large reduction remained good quality.
