新型珍珠岩混凝土砌块砌体力学性能研究

摘要 新型珍珠岩混凝土砌块由岩棉、珍珠岩、水泥、骨料等材料制作而成,其具备抗压强度高、自重轻、热工性能好等优点。本文通过制作珍珠岩混凝土砌块砌体抗剪试件、抗压试件和墙体轴心受压试件,进行砌体抗剪强度及墙体轴心受压试验,得到相关试验值并分析其特征。结果表明:新型珍珠岩混凝土砌块砌体沿通缝抗剪试验破坏面位于砌块与灰缝砂浆交接处,其抗剪强度一方面取决于砌块与砂浆的黏结面积大小,另一方面取决于灰缝砂浆的黏结强度;其墙体轴心受压破坏特征与普通混凝土砌块墙体轴心受压破坏特征基本一致。研究成果可为实际工程应用提供理论依据。 The new perlite concrete block is made of such materials as rock wool,perlite,cement,aggregate,etc.,which has such advantages as high strength,light weight,heat preservation,industrial waste utilization,etc.Shear test pieces,compression test pieces and wall axial compression test pieces of perlite concrete block masonry are made to conduct the shear strength test of masonry shear test and wall axial compression test,and relevant test values are obtained and their characteristics are analyzed.The results can show that the shear failure surface of the new perlite concrete block is located at the bonding place between mortar and block,and its shear strength mainly depends on the bonding strength of mortar and the bonding area between mortar and block.The failure characteristics of the wall under axial compression are basically the same as those of the ordinary concrete block wall.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for practical engineering application.
