浓缩蒸发工艺在660 MW机组脱硫废水零排放中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 脱硫废水零排放是燃煤电厂烟气治理的任务之一,目前已有多家电厂进行了脱硫废水零排放改造。针对国家能源宿迁发电公司660 MW机组的脱硫废水浓缩蒸发工艺进行简介,重点对工艺中废水浓缩系统、调质系统以及蒸干系统进行详细阐述。此外针对浓缩蒸发工艺进行讨论,分析该工艺对除尘器、粉煤灰以及脱硫系统的影响。同时对该工艺的实施进行了评价,为燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排放改造提供技术建议。 Zero emission of desulfurization wastewater is one of the tasks of flue gas management in coal-fired power plants,At present,many coalfired power plants have carried out desulfurization wastewater zero discharge transformation.This paper introduces the concentrated evaporation process of desulphurization wastewater for a 660 MW unit of suqian power generation company of national energy,especially the concentrated wastewater system,conditioning system and evaporation and drying system in the process.In addition,the concentrated evaporation process is discussed,then analyzing the influence on electrostatic dust precipitators,fly ash and desulfurization system.Meanwhile the implementation of this process is evaluated,and the technical suggestions are provided for zero emission of desulfurization wastewater in coal-fired power plants.
