铜离子存在下零价铁还原水中1,2,3-三氯丙烷

摘要 为了去除水中的1,2,3-三氯丙烷(TCP),研究了铜离子存在下零价铁还原TCP,考察了反应效能,铜离子投加量、pH、溶解氧含量、转速等因素的影响,采用气质联用仪测定反应产物,X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜表征反应之后的金属颗粒。结果表明,铜离子的存在会促进零价铁还原TCP,反应24 h去除率提高到60.84%。铜离子投加量越大,pH越低,去除效果越好;低氧有利于TCP的去除;反应器转速过快会抑制反应进行。未测出反应产物,铜离子存在下的零价铁表面有单质铜生成且更加粗糙。Cu2+的存在促进零价铁还原TCP主要是零价铁表面构成了Fe/Cu双金属体系,从而提高了零价铁的腐蚀速率。 In order to remove 1,2,3-trichloropropane(TCP)in water,the reduction of TCP with zero-valent iron in the presence of Cu2+was investigated.The removal efficiency,the influencing factors including copper dosage,pH,dissolved oxygen content and rotation speed were studied.The reaction products were measured with gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer,and the metal particles after reaction were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The results indicated that,copper ions could promote the reduction of TCP by zero-valent iron,and the removal rate increased to 60.84%after 24 h.The removal efficiency was greater with higher dosages of copper ions and at lower pH.Low content of oxygen was beneficial to the reduction of TCP and the reaction would be inhibited when the rotational speed was too fast.No reaction product was detected,copper formed on the surface of zero-valent iron in the presence of copper ions and the surface became rougher.The presence of Cu2+promoted the reduction of TCP by zero-valent iron,mainly because Fe/Cu bimetallic system constituted on the surface of zero-valent iron,improving the corrosion rate of zero-valent iron.
