摘要
目的:观察养胃清热方对牙周炎患者临床症状、牙龈指数、牙周袋深度的影响。方法:选取160例牙周炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各80例,对照组给予甲硝唑治疗,观察组给予养胃清热方治疗。比较2组临床疗效,评价临床症状积分、牙龈指数、牙周袋深度变化、不良反应发生率以及患者的满意度。结果:观察组总有效率为96.3%,对照组为86.3%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组牙龈出血、牙龈红肿、牙龈溢脓积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组牙龈出血、牙龈红肿、牙龈溢脓积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);且观察组牙龈出血、牙龈红肿积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组牙龈指数评分、牙周袋深度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组牙龈指数评分较治疗前降低,且观察组牙龈指数评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.0%,低于对照组15.0%(P<0.05)。观察组满意度为95.0%,高于对照组81.3%(P<0.05)。结论:养胃清热方治疗牙周炎疗效显著,并且用药安全性好,患者满意度高,可以作为优选的用药方案。
Objective:To observe the effect of Yangwei Qingre prescription on clinical symptoms,gingival index and the depth of periodontal pocket in patients with periodontitis.Methods:A total of 160 cases of patients with periodontitis were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole,and the observation group was additionally given Yangwei Qingre prescription based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect was compared between the two groups.The changes in scores of clinical symptoms,gingival index,the depth of periodontal pocket,the incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction of patients were evaluated.Results:The total effective rate was 96.3%in the observation group and 86.3%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,compared the scores of gingival bleeding,gingival redness and swelling,and gingival pyorrhea between the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of gingival bleeding,gingival redness and swelling,and gingival pyorrhea in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the scores of gingival bleeding and gingival redness and swelling in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,compared the gingival index and the depth of periodontal pocket between the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the gingival indexes in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.0%in the observation group,lower than that of 15.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree was 95.0%in the observation group,higher than that of 81.3%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangwei Qingre prescription has signi
