摘要
针对目前水运工程建设过程中存在的风险问题,在IPD模式下通过BIM技术对各参与方进行协同风险管理。首先分析IPD模式在水运工程建设项目管理应用中的适应性,继而探究IPD模式与BIM技术的协同性,最终构建出在IPD模式下基于BIM技术的水运工程项目各参与方协同风险管理模型。
In view of the existing risk problems in the construction process of waterway engineering,BIM technology was used to carry out collaborative risk management among participants under IPD mode.Firstly,the adaptability of IPD mode in the application of waterway engineering construction project management was analyzed;then,the synergy between IPD mode and BIM technology was explored;finally,the collaborative risk management model of each participant in waterway engineering project based on BIM was constructed under IPD mode.
