摘要
目的分析宫内感染新生儿与中重度缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿不良指标的关系。方法从2015年12月至2019年12月,以本院收治的25例宫内感染新生儿与25例中重度缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿作为研究对象,对比两组新生儿的蛋白S-100、神经烯醇化酶(NSE水平),并对比两组新生儿母亲基本情况。结果宫内感染组新生儿母亲妊娠期感染史、不良孕产史、出生低体重发生率均高于中重度缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿,组间数据对比:P<0.05。宫内感染组新生儿的蛋白S-100、NSE水平均明显低于中重度缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿,数据对比:P<0.05。结论宫内感染与中重度缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿均表现出神经功能异常,但是两种疾病预后情况不同,可以结合蛋白S-100、NSE水平能够进一步鉴别,值得推广。
Objective To analyze relationship between intrauterine infection and adverse indicators of neonates with moderate to severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods We chose 25 cases of neonates with intrauterine infection and 25 cases with moderate to severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2019 as research objects.Compared protein of neonates S-100,neuroenolase (NSE level) between two groups,and basic conditions of newborn mothers between two groups.Results Incidence of pregnancy infection,adverse pregnancy history,and low birth weight of newborns in intrauterine infection group was higher than newborns with moderate to severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Data comparison between groups:P<0.05.Protein S-100 and NSE levels of newborns in intrauterine infection group were significantly lower than those of newborns with moderate to severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,data comparison:P<0.05.Conclusion Both intrauterine infection and moderate-to-severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy have abnormal neurological function,but the prognosis of two diseases is different.Combination of protein S-100 and NSE levels can further differentiate the two diseases,which is worthy of promotion.
