摘要
目的分析研究Caprini血栓风险量表个体化预警干预对下肢静脉曲张术后静脉血栓栓塞症的预防效果。方法选取在我科2019年1月至2019年12月期间接受大隐静脉高位结扎抽剥或腔内射频消融术后患者90例进行此次研究,以数字表法为基准平均分为两组,其中实行围术期常规护理的为参照组,在参照组基础上实行基于Caprini血栓风险量表的个体化预警干预的为观察组,对比两组患者的不良反应状况及满意度。结果在不良反应发生率方面,观察组均比参照组低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比于参照组,观察组护理满意度更高,两组对比,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在对大隐静脉高位结扎抽剥或腔内射频消融术后患者进行的预防中,Caprini血栓风险量表的个体化预警干预的应用,可以减少术后静脉血栓栓塞症的发生,降低术后不良反应率,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,有推广价值。
Objective To analyze the preventive effect of individualized early warning intervention of caprini thrombus risk scale on postoperative venous thromboembolism of lower extremity varicosity.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,90 patients who underwent high ligation and extraction of saphenous vein or intracavitary radiofrequency ablation were selected for this study.The patients were divided into two groups on the basis of digital table method.The patients who received routine perioperative nursing were the reference group,and the patients who received individualized early warning intervention based on caprini thrombus risk scale were the observation group The adverse reactions and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions,the observation group was lower than the reference group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the reference group,the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the prevention of patients after high ligation and extraction of great saphenous vein or intracavitary radiofrequency ablation,the application of individualized early warning intervention of caprini thrombus risk scale can reduce the incidence of postoperative venous thromboembolism,reduce the rate of postoperative adverse reactions,and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing services,which is worth popularizing.
