摘要
目的探究舒芬太尼对超声引导下罗哌卡因坐骨神经阻滞效果的影响。方法所有患者均行超声引导下坐骨神经阻滞。其中,以48例采取罗哌卡因麻醉的患者作为参照组,以48例采取舒芬太尼+罗哌卡因联合麻醉的患者作为观察组。研究时间为2018年8月至2019年9月期间。对比两组患者的麻醉效果、不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者的感觉阻滞起效时间、感觉完全阻止时间、运动阻滞起效时间等时间短于参照组,持续镇痛时间高于参照组,Ramsay镇静评分低于参照组,观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于参照组,P<0.05。结论超声引导下罗哌卡因坐骨神经阻滞有一定的麻醉效果,联合舒芬太尼的麻醉效果更好,镇痛时间长,促使手术顺利的进行。
Objective To investigate the effect of sufentanil on sonography-guided ropivacaine sciatic nerve block.Methods All patients underwent ultrasound-guided sciatic nerve block.Among them,48 patients receiving ropivacaine anesthesia were taken as the reference group,and 48 patients receiving sufentanil+ropivacaine combined anesthesia were taken as the observation group.The study was conducted between August 2018 and September 2019.The anesthetic effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The onset time of sensory block,total sensory block and motor block in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the duration of continuous analgesia was higher than that in the control group,the Ramsay sedation score was lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound guided ropivacaine sciatic nerve block has certain anesthetic effect,combined with sufentanil has better anesthetic effect,longer analgesic time,and promote the smooth operation.
