摘要
目的对支气管哮喘患者行孟鲁司特钠治疗的临床疗效进行系统研究与探讨,以改善其临床症状。方法选择2018年11月至2019年11月收治的60例支气管哮喘患者作为实验对象,数字奇偶法分组后探究每组治疗效果。对照组(30例):应用对症用药治疗;实验组(30例):应用对症用药+孟鲁司特钠治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间、治疗后各项肺功能指标。结果实验组临床治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),比对照组高(70.00%,21/30),临床对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05);实验组咳嗽缓解时间为(6.11±0.81)d、喘憋缓解时间为(3.52±0.53)d、气促缓解时间为(4.22±0.67)d、肺部啰音缓解时间为(5.01±0.68)d,各项指标数值均低于对照组,临床比较差异性显著(P<0.05);实验组FVC为(2.96±0.44)L、FEV1为(2.87±0.41)L、PEF为(5.61±0.38)L/s,各项指标与对照组相比,组间比较存在显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患者接受临床治疗期间,以对症用药治疗为基础,联合孟鲁司特钠,可有效改善临床症状,疗效显著。
Objective To systematically study and explore the clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium treatment in patients with bronchial asthma to improve their clinical symptoms.Methods Sixty patients with bronchial asthma who were treated from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as experimental subjects,and the effect of each group was explored after grouping by digital parity method.The control group(30 cases):treated with symptomatic medication;the experimental group(30 cases):treated with symptomatic medication+montelukast sodium.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom relief time,and various pulmonary function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that in the control group(70.00%,21/30).There was a statistical difference in clinical comparison(P<0.05).The cough remission time in the experimental group was(6.11±0.81)d,the relief time of wheezing is(3.52±0.53)d,the relief time of shortness of breath is(4.22±0.67)d,and the relief time of lung snoring sounds is(5.01±0.68)d.In the control group,the clinical comparison was significantly different(P<0.05);the FVC of the experimental group was(2.96±0.44)L,the FEV1 was(2.87±0.41)L,and the PEF was(5.61±0.38)L/s.Compared with the control group,there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical treatment of patients with bronchial asthma,based on symptomatic treatment,combined with montelukast sodium can effectively improve clinical symptoms and have significant curative effect.
