分层互动带教模式在临床护理教学中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察并分析临床护理教学中应用分层互动带教模式的应用价值。方法选择2018年5月至2019年4月在本院重症医学科实习的90名护理实习生,将所有护生依据不同教学方法平均分为两组,将采用分层互动带教模式教学方法的45名护生作为研究组,将采用常规临床教学方法的45名护生作为对照组。观察并分析两组护生对临床教学的满意度以及综合考核成绩。结果研究组实习生在工作状态、护理主动性、评估病情、基础护理等方面对教学模式的满意度评分与对照组比较均明显更高,P<0.05;研究组实习生基础技能、综合素质、专业技术、理论知识等考核成绩与对照组比较均明显更高,P<0.05。结论在临床护理教学中采用分层互动带教模式,一方面有利于提高护理实习生对临床带教的满意程度,另一方面也有利于提高实习生的综合素质,继而增强整体教学质量,值得进一步研究和应用。 Objective To observe and analyze the application value of the stratified interactive teaching mode in clinical nursing teaching.Methods Ninety nursing internships in the intensive care department of our hospital from May 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects,and all nursing students were divided into a research group and a control group.The research group will use the stratified interactive teaching method,and the control group will use the conventional clinical teaching method.Observe and analyze the satisfaction of the two groups of nurses on clinical teaching and their overall performance.Results The study group’s satisfaction scores on the teaching mode in terms of working status,nursing initiative,assessment of illness,and basic nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group,P<0.05;basic skills and comprehensive quality of the study group’s interns Compared with the control group,the scores of professional skills,theoretical knowledge,and other assessment results were significantly higher,P<0.05.Conclusion Adopting a stratified interactive teaching mode in clinical nursing teaching,on the one hand,it is beneficial to improve the satisfaction of clinical internships of nursing interns,on the other hand,it is also helpful to improve the comprehensive quality of interns,and then enhance the overall teaching quality.It is worth further research and application.
