摘要
目的确保和增强区域性院前医疗应急能力,促进学科和队伍的建设与发展,分析探讨院前急救医生队伍建设存在的问题,并提出建议。方法选择我院2018年1月至2020年1月收治的患者,为相关人群设计两组问卷,分发调查问卷表进行调查和分析。结果问卷总回收率为85.32%,达到了总体目标。结论无论院前和院内,绝大多数医生都支持院前急诊医疗和学科建设,但对院前急救学科的发展了解甚少。
Objective To ensure and enhance regional pre-hospital medical emergency response capabilities,to promote the construction and development of disciplines and teams,to analyze and discuss the existing problems in the construction of pre-hospital emergency medical teams,and to make suggestions.Methods We selected patients from our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020,and designed two sets of questionnaires for the relevant population.Distribute questionnaires for investigation and analysis.Results The total recovery rate of the questionnaire was 85.32%,which reached the overallgoal.Conclusion Regardless of pre-hospital and in-hospital,most doctors support pre-hospital emergency medical care and discipline construction,but little is known about the development of pre-hospital emergency care disciplines.
