摘要
目的探讨急诊床旁彩超诊断主动脉夹层的应用及对误诊率的影响研究。方法选取2017年2月至2017年11月我院收治的主动脉夹层患者66例,随机分为两组,对照组应用CT诊断治疗,研究组应用急诊床旁彩超诊断治疗。结果研究组检查准确率结果明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组误诊率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论主动脉夹层的治疗过程当中,急诊床旁彩超诊断的效果理想,临床应进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the application of emergency bedside color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of aortic dissection and its influence on the misdiagnosis rate.Methods Sixty-six patients with aortic dissection admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to November 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with CT diagnosis and treatment,and the study group was treated with emergency bedside color ultrasound diagnosis and treatment.Results The examination accuracy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The misdiagnosis rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of treatment of aortic dissection,emergency bedside color ultrasonography has an ideal therapeutic effect and should be further popularized.
