摘要
目的探究辽宁中医药大学附属第二医院肿瘤科自制"除胀散"腹部外敷治疗恶性肿瘤患者腹胀腹痛的临床疗效。方法将确诊为恶性肿瘤并且伴有腹胀腹痛的患者随机分为两组,即治疗组和对照组,对照组根据患者的症状给予常规的对症维持治疗,例如:若患者出现失眠多梦的情况,则根据患者失眠原因给予相应的治疗,如心理辅导,针灸等;若患者因营养摄入不足,身体健康状态不好,则适量给予患者输液补充各种人体日常必需营养成分,以维持患者正常的生活,治疗组患者则是在对照组的基础上给加用辽宁中医药大学附属第二医院肿瘤科自制中药"除胀散"。密切监测患者用药后症状改善情况,并实时记录汇总。结果治疗组的有效率为86.2%(25/29),与对照组相比疗效较为明显,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者除自身肿瘤病灶外,往往还会伴有诸多的症状,例如:疼痛、恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹痛等,都严重影响着恶性肿瘤患者的日常生活质量,周文波教授根据对恶性肿瘤患者的身体条件及疾病特点结合自身多年行医经验自制"除胀散",外敷于患者腹部减轻症状,以达到延长患者生存时间的目的。自制外敷除胀散对于缓解恶性肿瘤患者腹胀腹痛症状具有一定的疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chuzhang Powder external application on abdominal distention and abdominal pain of cancer patients.Methods The patients with malignant tumor and abdominal distention and abdominal pain were randomly divided intothe treatment group and the control group.The control group was given routine symptomatic maintenance treatment according to the symptoms of the patients.For example,if the patients had insomnia and dreaminess,the corresponding treatment waspsychological guidance,acupuncture,etc.If the patients were not given enough nutrition,thepatients in the treatment group were treated with Chuzhang Powder which was made by the oncology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicineon the basis of the control group.We closely monitored the improvement of symptoms of patients after medication,and recorded and summarized in real time.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 86.2%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In addition to their own tumor focus,cancer patients often have many symptoms,such as pain,nausea,vomiting,abdominal distension,abdominal pain and so on,which seriously affect the quality of daily life of cancer patients.Professor ZHOU Wenbo,director of our department,according to the physical conditions and disease characteristics of cancer patients,combined with his own years of experience in medicine,made his own self-made Chuzhang Powderin order to prolong the survival time of patients and symptoms were relieved in abdomen.The self-made Chuzhang Powder for external applicationhas a certain effect on relieving abdominal distention and abdominal pain symptoms of patients with malignant tumors,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
