摘要
通过含热电联供的能量枢纽可将区域配电网与区域供热管网紧密耦合,热电联产机组是能量枢纽的主要组成部分。为打破热电联产机组“以热定电”的刚性耦合关系,在能量枢纽中加入了储热装置。在此基础上,建立能量枢纽模型、配电网DistFlow模型和线性热网能量流模型,根据分时电价和天然气价格,以系统从上级电网购电和购气总成本最少为目标函数,建立基于能量枢纽的区域电热网优化调度模型。算例分析表明,所提出的能量枢纽具有的供能灵活性对提升风电消纳、降低区域电热网整体运行成本等方面有诸多益处。
The regional distribution power network and heating network can be closely coupled by energy hub(EH)with the combined heat and power(CHP)units which are the main part of EH.In order to break the rigid coupling relationship of“determining power generation by heat”in CHP units,the heat storage device is added into EH.Then,the energy hub model,the DistFlow model of distribution power network and the linear energy flow model of heating network have been established.According to the time-of-use electricity price and natural gas price,the optimal dispatching model of regional electric and thermal network has been developed based on EH.The optimization objective function is formulated with the minimum total cost of power and gas purchase.The analysis of calculation examples shows that theenergy supply flexibility of the proposed EH has many benefits in terms of improving wind power consumption and reducing the overall operating cost of the district heating network.
