摘要
生态环境质量的好坏直接决定区域绿色发展和高质量发展的进程.因此,对于以雄安新区为核心、以京津冀区域环境协同一体化为支撑的区域而言,开展生态环保联防联控机制的研究,对于加强雄安新区和京津冀区域生态系统的修复与维护、环境污染的治理以及环境质量的改善具有重要的现实意义,为从根本上解决京津冀及其周边区域生态污染的问题奠定理论基础.在分析区域生态环境联防联控理论和必要性的基础上,对京津冀区域以及雄安新区大气环境、水环境和土地环境的现状和问题进行了调研分析,并进一步提出雄安新区与京津冀区域生态环境联防联控相关建议.
The quality of the ecological environment directly determines the process of green and high quality development of a region. It has important practical significance to study the joint control mechanism of ecological environmental protection in the large area of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region with Xiong’an New District as the core and strengthen the restoration and maintenance of the regional ecosystem, and for the treatment of environmental pollution and the improvement of environmental quality. Based on the analysis of the theory and its necessity of joint prevention and control of large-scale ecological environment, this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation and problems of atmospheric environment, water environment and land environment in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region and Xiong’an New District, and further proposes suggestions related to the joint prevention and control of the ecological environment of the region.
