摘要
京唐1#高炉铁口下方区域侵蚀较为严重,炉缸侧壁测温点测得的最高温度达到597℃。针对炉缸侧壁温度高的情况,通过控制冶炼强度、加钛护炉、提高炉温水平、优化出铁制度、调整操作制度稳定炉况及强化冷却等方式,保证高炉炉役后期生产稳定,并取得了较好的技术经济水平。
The area under the taphole of Jingtang No.1 blast furnace was seriously eroded,and the maximum temperature measuring point on the side wall of the hearth is 597℃.In view of the condition of high side wall temperature of hearth,the measures about controlling smelting intensity,adding titanium to protect furnace,raising furnace temperature,optimizing iron production system,adjusting operation system to stabilize furnace condition and strengthening cooling were taken to guarantees Jingtang No.1 blast furnace stable production in the later stage of blast furnace service and obtains better technical and economic level.
