摘要
大型检测与维修车辆是城市轨道交通车辆基地综合维修中心的重要组成部分,是轨道交通基础设施(如线路、桥梁、隧道等)维护的重要设备,是工程设计中的重要内容。总结大型检测与维修车辆的作业能力指标,归纳出配置标准,结合苏州市域S1线的设计实际,基于网轨检测车、打磨车、铣磨车、探伤车、隧道清洗车、桥梁检查车、轨道车组等大型车辆资源共享的考虑,给出苏州市域S1线的资源共享方案,为中国轨道交通工程项目资源共享设计提供参考。
Large inspection and maintenance vehicles are an important part of a comprehensive maintenance center of an urban rail transit vehicle base, representing an important equipment for the maintenance of the rail transit infrastructure, such as lines, bridges, and tunnels, and an important engineering design element. This study summarizes the standard configuration of large inspection and maintenance vehicles, and sums up the configuration principles in relation with the actual design of the Suzhou municipal region line S1 project. Based on the consideration of the sharing of large vehicle resources such as network rail testing, milling and grinding, flaw detection, and tunnel cleaning cars, as well as bridge inspection vehicles, rail car groups and other large vehicle resources, this study presents the resource sharing scheme of the Suzhou Municipal Region Line S1 project as reference, along with the significance of resource sharing design for domestic rail transit projects.
