摘要
目的评价磨牙检测片在夜磨牙定量诊断研究中的应用效果。方法选择30名夜磨牙患者,在正中矢状面旁9 cm、正中冠状面前4 cm左右,找到能引起连续5个运动诱发电位的最小磁刺激强度(即运动阈值)所在的区域,给予1 Hz(90%AMT)低频重复经颅磁刺激进行治疗,左右每侧20 min,共40 min,给予连续7 d的治疗。所有患者于实验前2 d、前1 d及实验结束当天于夜间睡眠时戴用磨牙检测片制作的检测垫,通过计算检测垫上色素被磨除区域的面积来评价夜磨牙发生的情况。结果治疗前2 d与前1 d相比,检测垫上色素被磨除区域的面积差异无统计学意义;治疗后(299.8±89.5)mm2与治疗前(334.6±94.4)mm2相比,检测垫上色素被磨除区域的面积显著降低(P<0.05)。结论磨牙检测片可以用于夜磨牙定量诊断与评价的研究。
Objective The aim of this study was to observe the effects of Bruxchecker on quantitative diagnose of the patients with sleep bruxism.Methods 30 patients with sleep bruxism were included this study.The location at 9 cm beside the median sagittal plane and 4 cm in front of the median coronal plane of patients which can cause 5 consecutive motor evoked potentials(MEPs)by the minimum intensity of magnetic stimulation(active motor threshold,AMT)was stimulated with 1 Hz(90%AMT)low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)for 40 min(20 min on each side)per day for 7 consecutive days.All patients wore the test pad made of at night 2 days before the experiment,the first day before the experiment and the day after the end of the experiment.All patients were asked to wear a very thin splint made by Bruxchecker at night 2 days before,1 day before the treatment and the day after the end of the treatment.The situation of sleep bruxism was evaluated by calculating the area of abrasion.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant difference in the area of abrasion on the surface of the Bruxchecker.After treatment,the area of abrasion on the surface of the Bruxchecker was significantly reduced.Conclusion Bruxchecker can be used for quantitative evaluation of the patients with sleep bruxism.
