Objective to explore and analyze clinical effect of leading Yang into Yin massage combined with breath guiding method in intervention of perimenopausal insomnia. Methods choose 52 cases perimenopausal insomnia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 as clinical study objects.Divide them into reference group and study group randomly,26 cases in each group.Treat two groups with same TCM syndrome differentiation treatment and health guidance. On the basis, reference group was treated with surazepam orally, and study group with leading Yang into Yin combined with breath guiding method intervention.Compare sleep status before and after intervention and clinical treatment effect between two groups. Results PSQI scores showed no significant difference between two groups before intervention(P>0.05);after intervention,PSQI scores of study group were lower than reference group, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition, total effective rate in study group was 84.6%,which was significantly higher than 57.7%in reference group, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion during process of treating patients with perimenopausal insomnia, leading Yang into Yin massage combined with breath guidance intervention can improve sleep status of patients effectively in terms of time, quality and efficiency, which has high clinical application value.
