水热一步法制备硅酸铝钾及其对水稻促生作用的研究

摘要 利用钾长石在KOH碱液作用下极易脱去SiO 2而转变为钾霞石相这一思路,使K 2O富集,并通过酸化重组生成硅酸铝钾,实现速释硅钾无机肥的绿色制备,并利用水培和土培法研究所制备的硅酸铝钾溶液对水稻萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:钾长石在4 mol/L KOH水热反应12 h即可生成具有块状或棒状钾霞石,钾霞石需在极低酸性条件下才能溶出K+而不破坏原有钾霞石形貌;土培条件下水稻的株高、叶绿素含量、植物体内硅含量和植物体内钾含量都有显著增加,水稻的株高和总叶绿素含量相较于空白组分别平均增加89.4%、359.3%,表明硅酸铝钾溶液对水稻幼苗的生长发育具有促进作用;随处理浓度的增加,土壤中矿物元素含量呈现递增趋势,表示硅酸铝钾溶液对土壤肥力具有改良作用. In this paper,the idea that potassium feldspar can easily remove SiO 2 and transform into potassium nepheline phase under the action of KOH alkali liquor was used to enrich K 2O and to produce aluminium potassium silicate through acidification and reorganization to realize green preparation of quick-release silicon potassium inorganic fertilizer,and the effects of aluminium-potassium silicate solution on rice germination and seedling growth were studied by hydroponic and soil culture methods.The results show that potassium feldspar can form massive or rod-like potassium nepheline after hydrothermal reaction of 4 mol/L KOH for 12 hours,and potassium nepheline needs very low acidity to dissolve K+without destroying the original morphology of potassium nepheline.The plant height,chlorophyll content,silicon content and potassium content in plants were significantly increased under soil culture,the plant height and total chlorophyll content of rice in soil culture increased by 89.4%and 359.3%respectively,which indicated that potassium aluminium silicate solution could promote the growth and development of rice seedlings;With the increase of treatment concentration,the content of mineral elements in soil showed an increasing trend,indicating that the solution of aluminium and potassium silicate could improve soil fertility.
