摘要
目的探析非创伤性急腹症诊断和治疗中应用腹腔镜的临床价值。方法将2017年1月—2019年12月期间在该院就诊的599例非创伤性急腹症患者分成两组进行研究,根据诊断和治疗方法不同分成两组,应用腹腔镜术诊断与治疗的220例患者设为观察组,应用开腹术诊断与治疗的379例患者设为参照组,比较两组诊断时间、手术时间、术中出血量、出院时间以及并发症发生率。结果观察组诊断时间、手术时间、术中出血量、出院时间与参照组数据相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为1.82%,明显比参照组的5.28%低,比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.330,P<0.05)。结论非创伤性急腹症诊断和治疗中应用腹腔镜的临床价值更高,还可以减少并发症的发生,加快患者术后恢复,值得临床深入研究与借鉴应用。
Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of non-traumatic acute abdomen.Methods The 599 patients with non-traumatic acute abdomen who were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were divided into two groups for research according to the different diagnosis and treatment methods.The patients were diagnosed and treated by laparoscopy.220 patients were set as the observation group,and 379 patients diagnosed and treated with laparotomy were set as the reference group.The diagnosis time,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,discharge time and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group's diagnosis time,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and discharge time were significantly different from those in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.82%,which was significantly lower than the 5.28%in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.330,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical value of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of non-traumatic acute abdomen is higher.It can also reduce the occurrence of complications and speed up the recovery of patients after surgery.It is worthy of in-depth clinical research and application.
