摘要
目的分析影响剖宫产手术后肠功能恢复的原因,进一步制定并实施有针对性的处理方案。方法该次将该院于2018年2月—2019年1月收治的100例行剖宫产手术的孕产妇作为研究的对象,分析影响孕产妇术剖宫产手术后肠功能恢复的原因,并采取有效的处理方案,以期促进孕产妇剖宫产手术后肠功能的有效恢复。结果①该次100例孕产妇,剖宫产术后肠功能恢复缓慢一共32例,占比为32.00%。②影响剖宫产手术后肠功能恢复的原因包括:既往史因素4例(4.00%)、妊娠及手术因素8例(8.00%)、疼痛及饮食不当因素12例(12.00%)、药物作用及电解质紊乱因素8例(8.00%)。结论影响剖宫产手术后肠功能恢复的原因较多,术后需加强及时评估,指导产妇适当进行活动训练,并对产妇加强饮食、心理以及用药护理干预,以此促进孕产妇剖宫产手术后肠功能恢复的速度。
Objective To analyze the reasons that affect the recovery of bowel function after cesarean section,and to further develop and implement targeted treatment programs.Methods 100 cases of pregnant women undergoing cesarean section were treated in the hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 as the object of the study,and the reasons affecting the recovery of bowel function after cesarean section were analyzed.Take effective treatment plans to promote the effective recovery of bowel function after cesarean section of pregnant women.Results 1.In this 100 cases of pregnant women,the bowel function recovered slowly after cesarean section,a total of 32 cases,accounting for 32.00%.2.Reasons affecting the recovery of bowel function after cesarean section include:4 cases of past history factors(4.00%),8 cases of pregnancy and surgical factors(8.00%),and 12 cases of pain and improper diet(12.00%),drug effects and electrolyte disturbance factors in 8 cases(8.00%).Conclusion There were many reasons that affect the recovery of bowel function after cesarean section.It is necessary to strengthen timely evaluation after operation,guide the parturient to appropriate exercise training,and strengthen the diet,psychology and medication nursing intervention for the parturient to facilitate the rate of recovery of maternal bowel function after cesarean section.
