摘要
台州是一座新兴的组合型城市,中心城市首位度较低,在提升台州中心城市首位度中面临省管县的体制制约、自身资源整合能力较弱以及中心城市体制机制不顺等障碍,在当前以城市群和都市区建设为导向的背景下,提升台州中心城市首位度应着力创新体制机制、优化发展环境、打造服务平台、加快转型升级、加强互联互通等。
Taizhou central city is a new combined city with low primacy. In order to improve the primacy of Taizhou’s central city, it is faced with such obstacles as the mechanism restriction of provincial governing county, weak ability of resource integration and unsmooth system and mechanism of the central city. Under the current background of urban agglomeration and urban area construction, it is necessary to innovate the system and mechanism, optimize the development environment, build a service platform,accelerate the transformation and upgrading, and strengthen connectivity etc. to improve the primacy of Taizhou’s central city.
