摘要
目的分析优质助产护理对高龄产妇产程及并发症的效果。方法本次研究的对象均为2018年1月至2019年6月期间收治的168例产妇,以随机的方式将其进行分组,观察组和对照组。其中,对照组以常规的措施进行护理,观察组给予优质助产护理,对两组护理疗效进行比较。结果观察组与对照组第一、第二及总产程对比,前者均较短,P<0.05。观察组产后抑郁、产后出血分别为2例和1例,并发症发生率为3.57%明显低于对照组,比较差异显著,P<0.05。结论高龄产妇给予优质助产护理,可将产程有效缩短,使并发症发生率降低,保障了母婴安全,值得在临床上使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality midwifery nursing on the delivery process and complications of elderly women.Methods The subjects of this study were 168 women who were admitted to the hospital between January 2018 and June 2019.They were grouped in a random manner,the observation group and the control group.Among them,the control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given high-quality midwifery care to compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results The observation group and the control group were compared with the first,second and total labor,the former were shorter,P<0.05.In the observation group,postpartum depression and postpartum hemorrhage were 2 cases and 1 case,respectively.The incidence of complications was 3.57%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The high-quality midwifery nursing for elderly women can effectively shorten the birth process,reduce the incidence of complications,ensure the safety of mothers and infants,and are worthy of clinical use.
