超敏C反应蛋白在不同分期糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的变化及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究不同分期糖尿病视网膜病变患者(DR)的超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)指标变化以及检验意义。方法选择2018年5月至2019年10月在本院进行检验的2型糖尿病患者,选取发生糖尿病视网膜病变的患者。对所有患者进行眼科多焦视网膜电图检查,根据患者视网膜病变情况将其分为增生性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR组)、非增生性糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR组)、健康体检者(对照组),共3组,每组60例。使用免疫透射比浊法检验患者hs-CRP水平,对比患者血糖指标,分析不同分期hs-CRP变化规律。结果 PDR组患者血清hs-CRP水平大幅度高于NPDR组、对照组,对照组血清hs-CRP水平明显低于PDR组、NPDR组(P<0.05),PDR组、NPDR组空腹血糖水平(FPG)、饭后2 h血糖水平(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)等均明显高于对照组,并且PDR组增幅更显著(P<0.05)。结论 hs-CRP水平变化与糖尿病视网膜病变患者的病变发展程度密切相关。在检验时,提高对糖尿病患者hs-CRP指标的分析,有利于早期诊断预防,对DR疾病的后续治疗具有积极意义。 Objective To investigate the changes of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with different stages of diabetic retinopathy (DR) and the significance of the test.Methods Patients with type 2 diabetes who were tested in our hospital from May 2018 to October 2019 were selected for patients with diabetic retinopathy.Ophthalmologic multifocal electroretinogram was performed in all patients,and they were divided into proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR group),non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR group),and healthy physical examination (control group) according to the patient’s retinopathy.There are three groups in total,60 in each group.The level of hs-CRP was measured by immunoturbidimetry,and the changes of hs-CRP in different stages were analyzed by comparing the blood glucose levels of patients.Results The serum hs-CRP levels in the PDR group were significantly higher than those in the NPDR group and the control group.The serum hs-CRP levels in the control group were significantly lower than those in the PDR group and the NPDR group (P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose levels in the PDR group and the NPDR group (FPG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose level (2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) were significantly higher than the control group,and the PDR group increased more significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion The change of hs-CRP level is closely related to the degree of lesion development in patients with diabetic retinopathy.At the time of testing,improving the analysis of hs-CRP indicators in diabetic patients is conducive to early diagnosis and prevention,and has positive significance for the follow-up treatment of DR diseases.
