摘要
利用热失重分析仪和差示扫描量热仪测试5种不同色相再生聚酯切片的热学性能,利用乌式黏度计测量其特性黏度.结果表明,随着色相的变差,再生聚酯切片结晶度随之变低,热稳定性也有所降低.另外,再生聚酯切片的特性黏度略低于瓶级聚酯,高于纤维级聚酯.该研究可为其后续纺丝提供参考.
In this research,thermal gravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry are used to test the thermal properties of some recycled polyester(PET)chips that are divided into 5 types according to their hues,and Ubbelohde viscometer is applied to test their intrinsic viscosity.The results show that the crystallinity and the thermal stability of recycled PET chips declines when their colours become lighter,and the intrinsic viscosity of recycled PET chips is slightly lower than that of bottle grade polyester chips but higher than that of fiber grade polyester chips.This research can provide reference for subsequent spinning process.
