摘要
目的研究人性化护理对改善糖尿病患者耳鼻喉手术后情绪及护理效果。方法选取医院收治的糖尿病耳鼻喉手术患者124例,随机分为对照组(常规护理方法)和观察组(人性化护理方法)各62例。比较两组护理前后的血糖水平和情绪状况。结果观察组护理后,空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标均低于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组护理后,焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者耳鼻喉手术中,采取人性化护理方法,能够使患者术后不良情绪得到改善,同时有助于调节血糖水平,护理效果更为理想。
Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing on improving mood and nursing care of patients with diabetes after ENT surgery.Methods 124 patients with diabetic ENT surgery treated in the hospital were randomly divided into the control group(conventional nursing method)and the observation group(humanized nursing method)each with 62 cases.The blood glucose levels and emotional status before and after the study were compared.Results After nursing,the indexes of fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin were lower in the observation group than in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In ENT surgery for diabetics,adopting humanized nursing method can improve the patient’s postoperative bad mood,and it can also help adjust blood sugar level.The nursing effect is more ideal.
