流程化健康宣教在盆腔炎患者中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的探讨流程化健康宣教在盆腔炎患者中的应用效果。方法本研究选取2017年6月至2019年10月本院收治的60例盆腔炎患者随机分为观察组(30例,流程化健康宣教)和对照组(30例,传统健康宣教),对比分析两组效果。结果经干预,两组疾病基础知识、自我管理能力、生活质量均得到显著提高(P<0.05),且干预后观察组疾病基础知识、自我管理能力、生活质量得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论流程化健康宣教可显著提升盆腔炎患者疾病基础知识掌握情况,同时还可提升患者自我管理能力和生活质量,值得临床借鉴。 Objective:To explore the effect of process-based health education in patients with pelvic inflammation.Methods:60 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases,process health education)and control group(30 cases,traditional health education).The effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:After intervention,the scores of basic disease knowledge,self-management ability and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flow-based health education can significantly improve the basic knowledge of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease,and improve the self-management ability and quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical reference.
