摘要
目的评价新型冠状病毒肺炎流行下对普通住院患者进行新型冠状病毒肺炎知识健康教育的效果,为医院制定新型冠状病毒肺炎防控措施提供依据,提高普通住院患者对疫情的防控能力。方法采用随机抽样法,自行设计新型冠状病毒肺炎相关知识调查表,进行研究调查,被调查者自填问卷,发放问卷480份,收回有效问卷465份,对问卷结果进行统计分析。结果465位患者对新型冠状病毒肺炎知识的平均掌握率为57.85%,在入院健康教育后平均掌握率为94.18%前后比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者佩戴口罩率在健康教育前为98.90%、佩戴正确率为80%,健康教育后佩戴率为100%,佩戴正确率为96.1%,正确的手卫生在健康教育前执行率为25.4%,健康教育后执行率为92.3%,这3方面在健康教育前后相比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新型冠状病毒肺炎流行下,普通住院患者在媒体、广播、互联网、报纸等的宣传下,具备一定的相关知识,且具备一定的自我防护能力。经过入院健康教育后效果显著,应该继续加强普通住院患者防控知识的培训,提高普通住院患者的对新型冠状病毒肺炎防控措施的执行力。
Objective To evaluate the effect of health education about the epidemic novel coronavirus pneumonia in general hospitalized patients,so as to provide basis for prevention and control measures of new coronavirus pneumonia and improve the ability of general hospitalized patients to prevent and control the epidemic situation.Methods Using the method of random sampling,the questionnaire of knowledge related to the novel coronavirus pneumonia was designed and carried out.A total of 480 questionnaires were handed out and the inpatients filled in the questionnaire by themselves,finally collected 465 valid questionnaires,the results of the questionnaire were statistically analyzed.Results The average mastery rate of the knowledge of novel coronavirus pneumonia in total 465 inpatients before and after health education were 57.85%and 94.18%respectively,the comparison had statistical significance(P<0.05),the rate of wearing and correctly wearing masks were 98.90%and 80%before health education,the above values are respectively 100%and 96.1%respectively after health education,the rate of right hand hygiene enforcing were 25.4%before and 92.3%after health education,these three aspects were compared before and after health education with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the situation of epidemic novel coronavirus pneumonia,general hospitalized patients had grasped a certain degree of knowledge and ability to protect themselves through media,radio,Internet,newspapers and so on.The effect was significannt after the health education,we should continue to strengthen the general hospitalized patients’prevention and control knowledge training,to improve the implementing of the prevention and control measures in novel coronavirus pneumonia by general hospitalized patients.
