摘要
目的探析骨折患者术后采取心理护理对其疼痛、心理状态及满意度的临床影响。方法节选研究区段2018年2月至2020年3月,以此区段科室接诊骨折患者为探究对象,统计80例,以随机法分组,可分成参照组和观察组,分别收入39例,41例,参照组行普通护理,观察组于此基础加强心理护理,比较两组效果,如心理状态、护理满意度及疼痛评分等。结果干预前,观察组SAS、SDS无较大差异P>0.05;干预后,相比于参照组,观察组SAS、SDS降低幅度更具明显化P<0.05;观察组术后24h、72h疼痛评分降低幅度比参照组更为明显P<0.05;观察组满意度达97.56%,参照组满意度达79.49%,两组满意度对比于统计学有意义P<0.05。结论骨折患者术后增强心理护理可大幅度减轻疼痛,改善心理状态,亦能促进临床满意度提高,应用可操作性较强,值得临床深入推广及大面积运用。
Objective To explore the clinical impact of postoperative psychological care on patients with fractures on their pain,mental state and satisfaction.Methods Excerpt from the research section from February 2018 to March 2020,80 patients with fractures admitted to the department were counted,80 cases were randomly divided into reference group and observation group,and 39 cases were included Of the 41 cases,the reference group received general nursing,and the observation group strengthened psychological nursing on this basis,and compared the effects of the two groups,such as psychological status,nursing satisfaction,and pain score.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the observation group SAS and SDS P>0.05;after intervention,compared with the reference group,the reduction of the observation group SAS and SDS was more obvious P<0.05;the observation group postoperative pain at 24h and 72h The score reduction was more obvious than the reference group P<0.05;the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.56%,the satisfaction rate of the reference group was 79.49%,and the satisfaction of the two groups was statistically significant P<0.05.Conclusion Postoperative enhanced psychological care for patients with fractures can greatly reduce pain,improve psychological status,and also promote clinical satisfaction.The application is more operable,and it is worthy of in-depth clinical promotion and large-scale application.
