摘要
目的探讨人文关怀在宫外孕护理中的应用效果。方法将本院收治的78例宫外孕患者作为研究对象,通过随机分组的方式将其分成对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加人文关怀,对比两组患者的护理满意率和护理前后焦虑、抑郁情况。结果观察组护理满意率为97.44%,明显高于对照组的84.62%(P<0.05)。护理前两组焦虑、抑郁评分相近(P>0.05),护理后观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫外孕护理过程中实施人文关怀有助于提高患者护理满意率,建立良好的护患关系,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To explore the effect of humane care in ectopic pregnancy nursing.Methods 78 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital were taken as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random grouping,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group increased humanistic care on the basis of routine care,and compared the two groups with patients’satisfaction rate and anxiety and depression before and after nursing.Results The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.44%,which was significantly higher than the control group’s 84.62%(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups before nursing were similar(P>0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humane care during ectopic pregnancy nursing can help improve the patient satisfaction rate and establish a good nurse-patient relationship,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
