摘要
目的分析护理路径在分化型甲状腺癌患者围术期护理中的应用体会及效果。方法以2018年1月至2019年12月76例分化型甲状腺癌病人为研究对象,分为对照组、观察组,各38例;对照组采用一般护理措施,观察组采用护理路径,比较两组患者对治疗的依从性、患者对护理工作的满意度和围手术期不良反应(咽痛、呕吐和切口出血等)的发生率。结果观察组依从性良好率为92.11%,对照组为60.53%;观察组依从性良好率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组依从性良好率为97.37%,对照组为73.68%;观察组依从性良好率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组咽痛1例、呕吐1例、切口出血1例,不良反应发生率为7.89%(3/38)对照组咽痛2例、呕吐3例、切口出血2例和头痛3例,不良反应发生率为26.32%(10/38)(卡方值为4.550,P值为0.033)。结论路径护理根据患者的病情作出护理方案,经过专业化培训的护理人员详细掌握手术禁忌症,护理路径关注患者的健康,密切观察患者围手术期病情的变化。护理路径对分化型甲状腺癌围手术期护理的效果较好,提高患者的依从性、患者对护理工作的满意度,降低围手术期不良反应的发生率。
Objective To analyze the application and effect of nursing pathway in perioperative nursing of patients with differentiated thyroid cancer.Methods 76 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given general nursing measures,and the observation group was given nursing pathway.The treatment compliance,patient satisfaction with nursing work and the incidence of perioperative adverse reactions(sore throat,vomiting,incision bleeding,etc.)were compared between the two groups.Results The good compliance rate of the observation group was 92.11%,and that of the control group was 60.53%;the good compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The good compliance rate of the observation group was 97.37%,and that of the control group was 73.68%;the good compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,there were 1 case of sore throat,1 case of vomiting and 1 case of incision bleeding.The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.89%(3/38).In the control group,there were 2 cases of sore throat,3 cases of vomiting,2 cases of incision bleeding and 3 cases of headache.The incidence of adverse reactions was 26.32%(10/38)(chi square value was 4.550,P=0.033).Conclusion Path nursing according to the patient’s condition to make a nursing plan,after professional training of nursing staff to master the operation contraindications,nursing path attention to the patient’s health,closely observe the patient’s condition changes in the perioperative period.The effect of nursing pathway on perioperative nursing of differentiated thyroid cancer is better,which can improve the compliance of patients,the satisfaction of patients with nursing work,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in perioperative period.
