摘要
目的对中医针灸结合康复治疗中风偏瘫的临床效果进行分析。方法采集2018年1月至2020年1月我院收治的中风偏瘫患者80例为本次研究对象,将2018年1月至2019年1月收治的40例患者设为对照组,对其实施常规康复治疗,将2019年2月至2020年1月收治的40例患者设为研究组,对其实施常规康复治疗联合中医针灸。比较不同治疗方法对我院中风偏瘫患者实际应用效果的差异性。结果研究组治疗后总有效率为95.0%,远比对照组的80.0%更高,差异大且有统计学意义(P=0.001<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数与中医症候积分差异小且无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,相较于对照组,研究组患者的Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数与中医症候积分更高,差异大且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中风偏瘫临床治疗中,更推荐以康复治疗联合中医针灸方法进行治疗,不仅可有效改善神经功能,促进患者运动功能的恢复,改善日常活动能力,整体应用效果更好。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture and rehabilitation on apoplectic hemiplegia.Methods Eighty apoplectic hemiplegia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were collected as the research objects.Forty patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were set as the control group,and they were treated with routine rehabilitation treatment.Forty patients admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were set as the research group,and they were treated with routine rehabilitation treatment combined with acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine.To compare the effect of different treatment methods on stroke hemiplegia patients in our hospital.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.0%,which was much higher than 80.0%of the control group(P=0.001<0.05).Before treatment,there was little difference in Fugl Meyer score,Barthel Index and TCM syndrome integral between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,there was no statistical significance in Fugl Meyer assessment of the study group Scores,Barthel Index and TCM syndrome scores were higher,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of apoplectic hemiplegia,rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine is more recommended.It can not only effectively improve the neurological function,promote the recovery of the patients’motor function,improve the ability of daily activities,and the overall application effect is better.
