摘要
HD-BSC型给煤机是电厂常用的给煤设备。通过对称重准确性的影响因素:有效称重段长度、托辊的水平度、给煤机张紧力等进行分析,制定了相应的检修标准。同时,采用模拟运行皮带称重段煤质量的方法,选用合适的砝码校验给煤机,尽可能消除皮带自身张力的影响,提高给煤机称重的准确度。检修标准的制定及实物校验方法的改进,可提高给煤机计量精度。
HD-BSC coal feeder is commonly used in power plants.Through the analysis of the factors influencing the weighing accuracy,such as the length of effective weighing section,the levelness of idler and the tension of coal feeder,the corresponding maintenance standards are established.At the same time,the method of simulating the coal weight in the weighing setcoin of running belt is adopted,and the proper weight is selected to check the coal feeder,so as to eliminate the influence of belt tension as much as possible,and improve the accuracy of coal feeder weighing.The establishment of maintenance standards and the improvement of physical verification method can improve the metrological accuracy of coal feeder.
