托克托电厂高压加热器泄漏原因分析及防范措施 被引量:3

摘要 大型汽轮机组普遍采用回热加热给水系统,高压加热器的可靠安全运行对机组安全经济非常重要。以托克托电厂11号300 MW机组为例,结合高加泄漏常见因素,从高加结构、运行、检修等角度,分析了高加泄漏的原因,阐述了3号高加泄漏现象及对机组的影响,并提出了相应防范措施。经实际运行来看,所提措施可有效减少高加泄漏次数。 Regenerative heating water supply system is widely used in large steam turbine units.The reliable and safe operation of high-pressure heater is of great importance to the safety and economy of the unit.Taking No.11 unit whose capacity is 300 MW in Tuoketuo power plant as an example,combined with the common factors of high-pressure heater leakage,the causes of high-pressure heater leakage are analyzed,the leakage phenomenon of No.3 high-pressure heater and its impact on the unit are expounded,and the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.The actual operation shows that the proposed measures can effectively reduce the leakage times of high-pressure heater.
